Troubleshooting
No streams appearing
If the stream list is empty when you select a title, start by checking that your addons are installed. Go to ⚙️ Settings → Addons and confirm they're listed and active.
If the addons are there, the most common cause is an invalid or mismatched TorBox API key. Go to torbox.app/settings?section=account and compare the key shown with what was entered in the Bootstrapper. If the key has been regenerated since you ran the Bootstrapper, re-run it with the new key.
It's also worth testing with a popular, recent title before concluding something is broken. Niche content may simply have fewer sources. If nothing loads at all, check whether TorBox is experiencing a service outage.
Buffering or playback interruption
If video starts but keeps pausing, try switching to a lower-quality stream. A 1080p WEB-DL will be more reliable than a 4K REMUX on most connections. You can also pick a different stream from the same list, since performance varies between sources.
Bootstrapper changes not appearing in Stremio
If your addons aren't showing after running the Bootstrapper, wait 30–60 seconds then log out and back in to the Stremio app to force a sync.
If that doesn't help, check that the Bootstrapper was logged in with the correct Stremio account. Re-running it is safe and usually resolves any sync issues.
TorBox API key not working
If the Bootstrapper or a TorBox addon is rejecting your API key, first check that the full key was copied correctly. Leading or trailing spaces are a common cause. Go to torbox.app/settings?section=account and compare the key shown with what you're using.
If in doubt, click Get New API Key to generate a fresh one, then re-run the Bootstrapper with the updated key.
